Typically, our quality assurance is 15-year commercial warranty, 25-year residential warranty.

We provide a free sample of WPC Decking to you for testing, and then start mass production if sample is passed your test.
After production is finished, we will process 100% quality check.
Before delivery, we will send detail picture and video to you for final confirmation.

Please send video or photo to show us what quality problem you met, we will discuss and make compensation probably. Normally, we provide 1% swap for every order in case any replace necessary.

We mainly deliver these decorative materials by ship through our cooperated shipping agent as they are large size and heavy weight. We also support deliver to the address of your China shipping agent if you have your own one.
